Jackson and Krouse were charged with: seven counts of failure to perform duties counts; seven counts of relief in county commission from erroneous assessments; seven counts of vacancies in offices county commissioner and clerk of county commission; 21 counts of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor against the state.
